The Luton Household Support Fund (HSF) is a government-funded initiative designed to provide financial assistance to households struggling with the rising cost of living, it is available from November 2024 to March 2025. Administered by Luton Borough Council, the fund aims to help families and individuals with essential costs, including food, utility bills, and other basic needs. This program is part of the UK government’s broader support measures to assist vulnerable households during challenging economic times. 



Who Is Eligible for the Luton Household Support Fund?


Eligibility for the Household Support Fund in Luton depends on individual circumstances.


The key criteria include: 


1. Residency. Applicants must live within the Luton Borough Council area. 


2.Financial Hardship.

Individuals or families experiencing difficulty meeting essential living costs and households affected by unexpected financial challenges, such as job loss or significant increases in living expenses.
