Zumba combines Latin-inspired dance moves with upbeat music for a full-body workout, that feels more like a dance party with friends, than a traditional exercise routine. It’s suitable for people of all fitness levels and is designed to improve cardiovascular health, boost energy, and enhance overall well-being.


With funding from The Health Lottery and Peoples Health Trust, One Stop Advice Centre is offering Zumba classes to encourage our clients to improve their health and well-being.


Zumba is more than just a workout; it’s a fun, empowering experience that helps you feel confident, healthy, and connected. For our South Asian clients, we hope our ladies-only Zumba classes will provide a unique opportunity to embrace fitness in a safe and culturally respectful space.
